02 What are your opening hours?
Tue–Sat 12:00–23:00. Kitchen 12:00–22:00. Closed Sun & Mon.
Corporate & private hire bookings can run 12:00–03:00, Tue–Sat — email [email protected] for late-night events.
03 What is your age policy?
Strictly over-18s only at all times. Under-18s cannot be admitted.
04 Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are always welcome, subject to capacity.
05 Can we book for a group?
Reservations up to 11 guests can be booked online. Groups of 12 or more, email [email protected]. Standing capacity is 350.
06 What is the dress code?
Smart casual. No tracksuits or workwear. Football shirts welcome on World Cup match days.
07 Are pets welcome?
Sorry, no pets in the venue. Registered assistance dogs are always welcome.
08 Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — step-free access throughout the terrace, glass house and bar, and an accessible WC on site. If you have specific access needs, email [email protected] ahead of your visit and we’ll make sure everything’s ready.
09 The terrace is outdoors — what happens if it rains?
The terrace is partially covered with heaters, and the glass house is fully sheltered. In heavy rain we move terrace bookings under cover where possible, subject to availability.
