01 Where is Devonshire Grove?
5 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YE. Two minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street — Elizabeth, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Aldgate, Bank and Moorgate are also a short walk.
02 What are the hire hours?
Tue–Sat. Day-to-day operating hours are 12:00–23:00 with kitchen 12:00–22:00; corporate & private hire bookings can run 12:00–03:00. Closed Sun & Mon for hire.
03 What is the capacity?
Standing capacity 350. Individual spaces seat between 30 and 120 depending on layout — please ask the events team for capacity diagrams per configuration.
04 How are minimum spends calculated?
Minimum spends are quoted in your proposal and depend on space, day of week and headcount. Spend is calculated against food & drinks; service charge is separate.
05 What is the dress code?
Smart casual. Football shirts welcome on match days.
06 Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — step-free access throughout the terrace, glass house and bar, and an accessible WC on site. If you have specific access needs, flag them at proposal stage and we’ll set up accordingly.
07 Can guests smoke?
Smoking is permitted on the open-air terrace. Please be considerate of other guests.
08 What is the age policy?
Strictly over-18s only at all times. Under-18s cannot be admitted, including at private hires or daytime events.
09 Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome. Registered assistance dogs always welcome.
10 How do I confirm a booking?
