The Glass House is the Christmas hero — covered, climate-controlled, candle-lit. The garden becomes the heated cocktail-overflow. City firms typically lock dates in June; mid-market in August. Don’t leave it to October.

Resident DJs from late afternoon, set to your run of show. House DJ included with Premium and Exclusive hire.

Big screen in the pavilion, projection in the courtyard. Match-day food specials and bucket beer on request.

Sabrage on arrival, magnum service, dedicated champagne pourers for receptions of 50+.

HD screens, microphones, lectern, in-house cabling for keynotes and AGMs. Site visit before key dates.

01 Where is Devonshire Grove?
5 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YE. Two minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street — Elizabeth, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Aldgate, Bank and Moorgate are also a short walk.
02 What are the hire hours?
Tue–Sat. Day-to-day operating hours are 12:00–23:00 with kitchen 12:00–22:00; corporate & private hire bookings can run 12:00–03:00. Closed Sun & Mon for hire.
03 What is the capacity?
Standing capacity 350. Individual spaces seat between 30 and 120 depending on layout — please ask the events team for capacity diagrams per configuration.
04 How are minimum spends calculated?
Minimum spends are quoted in your proposal and depend on space, day of week and headcount. Spend is calculated against food & drinks; service charge is separate.
05 Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — step-free access throughout the terrace, glass house and bar, and an accessible WC on site. If you have specific access needs, flag them at proposal stage and we’ll set up accordingly.
06 What is the age policy?
Strictly over-18s only at all times. Under-18s cannot be admitted, including at private hires or daytime events.
07 How do I confirm a booking?
Submit an enquiry below or email [email protected]. The events team will write a tailored proposal within 24 hours; bookings are confirmed against a deposit and signed contract.
