Booking Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Kindly note that for any 2hrs reservation or under 2hrs, there will be no minimum spend. If your reservation is over 2hrs in duration, there will be a minimum spend of £20 per person.

Seating: Devonshire Grove operates as a mixed seated and standing venue. A reservation guarantees your group entry and a designated area, but not a seat for every guest — depending on the evening and your group size, some members of your party may be standing. We can’t guarantee a specific table layout for larger groups.

  1. A valid credit card is required to make a booking and it will be charged the deposited amount if the reservation is not attended.
  2. If reservations are cancelled within 48hrs of your booking, you will be charged the deposited amount.
  3. We will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes, after that time your booking may be released and you may be charged the deposited amount.
  4. Please note that we operate a mixed group gender policy. A group of 6 of the same gender will not be able to enter the premises.
  5. Please note all guests must be 18 years of age or older.
  6. Final decision on entrance to the venue will be at the discretion of the Security Manager – any groups intoxicated or deemed a security risk will be denied entry.
